Refund policy

Formula Construction Pty Ltd (ABN 49 642 351 488) trading as Formula Transport provides civil earthworks, bulk haulage and material supply services. Quotes are based on information provided at the time and may vary if site conditions differ. Deposits are non-refundable once works are scheduled or materials are ordered. Due to the nature of bulk materials such as sand, soil, road base and stone, change-of-mind refunds are not accepted after delivery. Delivered materials cannot be returned. If incorrect materials are supplied due to our error, we will replace the product or provide an adjustment at our discretion. Refunds for completed civil works will not be provided where works have been performed as quoted or approved variations have occurred. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply if notice is given less than 48 hours prior to scheduled works. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
